Systemic advisors for turning points
A turning point rarely announces itself politely.
It arrives as a liquidity squeeze, a change of ownership, a generation handing over, or growth the structure can no longer carry.
METAFRAST exists for that moment — not for a company's daily routine, but for the decision that changes its trajectory.
The name is Greek for “to translate”, “to render anew”: our role is to turn a complex situation, usually under pressure, into a plan the leadership team can execute with confidence.
We do not simply deliver a report. We stay in the room until the plan becomes a result.
What we do
Five areas, one purpose: clarity at the moment of decision.
Method
Three stages, the same team from day one to execution.
I · Diagnose
We establish the company's real position — financial, operational, structural — beyond what current reporting shows.
II · Structure
We design the plan: sequencing, governance, communication to investors, banks and the team — with explicit risk scenarios.
III · Execute
We stay involved in execution, not only in the recommendation — because a good plan left unexecuted changes nothing.
First principle
Everything is systemic and interconnected.
A financial decision affects people, a leadership decision affects the numbers, and the inner state of the person deciding affects both. We do not treat symptoms in isolation.
Who we work with
Companies at a moment of ownership change, pressure or acceleration.
We work mainly with founder-owned and fund-owned companies in financial services and technology-adjacent industries, principally across Central and Eastern Europe.
The team is led by an executive with over 25 years in CEO, COO and board roles, with direct exposure to restructurings, ownership transitions and complex operational transformations.
