Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and embeds no third-party trackers or advertising pixels. There is nothing to consent to, which is why you were not asked.

The contact form

The form does not transmit anything to this website. Submitting it opens your own email application with the message composed, and you decide whether to send it. Your details reach us only as an ordinary email, held in our mailbox.

Email you send us

Correspondence sent to welcome@metafrast.com is stored on our mail provider's servers and read only by us. We use it to reply to you and, if we work together, to run the engagement. We do not add you to any mailing list and we do not pass your details to anyone else.

Confidentiality

We are frequently contacted before a decision is public. Enquiries are treated as confidential from the first message, whether or not an engagement follows, and we are willing to sign a non-disclosure agreement before any substantive conversation.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to welcome@metafrast.com and we will respond within thirty days. You also have the right to complain to your national supervisory authority.

Hosting

This site and its mailboxes are hosted by our hosting provider, which processes the server logs necessary to deliver the pages and the mail.
